1 cup butter, softened
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups unbleached flour (you can use 1 cup whole wheat and 1 cup unbleached or use all wheat. This can also be made using the cake meal by Manischewitz)
1/2 tsp salt
Toppings:
cinnamon and sugar
parmesan, parsley and garlic
Cream butter, then stir in cottage cheese. Add dry ingredients. Chill dough 3 hours in fridge or freeze for 1 hour.
